At Krown Body & Soul, every session is a sacred exchange — a moment to realign your energy, restore balance, and reconnect with self. Out of respect for your time, energy, and the collective flow of our clients, we ask that you please review our booking policies before reserving your session.

 

 

 

 

Appointments

 

 

  • All sessions are by appointment only, ensuring each client receives our full presence and attention.

  • Both virtual and in-person sessions are available, allowing you to connect with us wherever you feel most aligned.

  • Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

 

 

 

 

Booking & Payments

 

 

  • A full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session and secure your energy exchange.

  • Once your payment is received, your space is officially held in divine timing.

  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

 

 

 

 

 

Session Preparation

 

 

  • Please arrive (or log in) at least 5 minutes early to ground yourself, clear your mind, and set your intention for the session.

  • Late arrivals may shorten your session out of respect for the next scheduled client’s time.

 

 

 

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • We understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time may result in forfeiture of your payment.

  • To reschedule, please reach out via email or through the booking portal.

 

 

 

 

 

No-Show Policy

 

 

  • No-shows — clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice — will forfeit their full session fee.

 

 

 

 

 

Refund Policy

 

 

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • With 48 hours’ notice, payments may be credited toward a future session to honor your investment.

  • If Krown Body & Soul must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted promptly to arrange an alternate session or receive a full refund.
